Customer Satisfaction Surveys: To better serve the public we conduct a customer satisfaction survey every two years. This helps us determine our effectiveness in providing services and products and how we can improve. The customer satisfaction survey asks our customers about a wide range of WYDOT's services, including construction and maintenance projects, obtaining a driver license, interaction with the Highway Patrol, and general questions about air service and airports.
Employee Satisfaction Surveys: Another of WYDOT's goals is to develop and care for our employees. Periodic surveys are conducted to gather information from our employees. The feedback from these surveys helps to improve employee morale, increase job satisfaction, and create a positive environment within the workplace.
