A PUBLIC HEARING to receive public comments on this chapter will be held on October 1, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Wyoming Department of Transportation (5300 Bishop Blvd, Cheyenne, WY) auditorium.  Anyone interested may also access the meeting virtually via the information below:
